- The contents of messages you send to us, including SMS, phone calls, email, and in-app messages on booking platforms
- Vehicle and parking information where a property requires it
- Payment information, which is processed by our booking platforms and payment processors — **we do not store full payment card numbers on our systems**
Much of this information is provided to us by booking platforms such as Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com when you make a reservation.
### 2.2 Property Owners and Prospective Clients
If you enquire about or engage our management services, we may collect:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Your property address and details
- Banking or payout information necessary to remit rental income to you
- Financial and performance information relating to your property

We do not sell mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data to any third party, and we do not share them with lead generators.
