At Rise Co-Host work with many local business', to create a bespoke experience for everyone who stays at one of our listings. This includes coffee from Banff Roasting Company, Bear Claws from Le Chocolatier, and toiletry products from Rocky Mountain Soap Company.

At Rise Co-Host, cleanliness is treated as a core pillar of performance—not just a basic service. Our in-house cleaning team operates with a detailed, standardised checklist and proven procedures developed specifically for high-performing short-term rentals. Every turnover is documented with photo verification, allowing us to remotely audit and guarantee that each property is guest-ready to our exact standards.

Supported by our commercial laundry setup, we maintain full control over linen quality, turnaround times, and consistency across every stay. In addition to routine cleans, each property undergoes scheduled bi-annual deep cleans to ensure it is maintained at the highest standard year-round. This level of oversight and accountability ensures a consistently exceptional guest experience—and protects the long-term value of your asset.

At Rise Co-Host we take care of all guest communications, including booking, check-in & check-out messages - and everything else in between.

Should an issue arise, we are available any time to make sure that a solution can be found.

We will take care of all aspects of your property's listing creation and publication on Airbnb, VRBO, Expedia, Google Vacations & Hopper. This includes the listing branding and information to help sell to all potential guests. We like to work with each of our independent owners to create a listing that you're thrilled about!

We work with Canmore HD Photography who deliver expansive and top quality images to help sell your property.

Canmore is an extremely competitive market  with over 2500 listings... meaning, daily adjustments are necessary. We have resources that give us access to the Canmore market to  ensure data driven decision are being made.

This ensures great results and performance year round. When the listings perform better, we all win.

Beyond guest management, we take a proactive approach to property care. Our contracted maintenance professional conducts quarterly inspections to identify and address wear and tear before it becomes a larger issue, while also handling smaller day-to-day repairs within our portfolio.
